Felfel be Tomatich (Salad)

Felfel be Tomatich (Pepper and tomato salad)
Yield: 6-8 servings
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking minutes: 20 -30 minutes
Ingredients
  • Red peppers - 1 lbs
  • Green peppers - 1 lbs
  • Tomatoes - 1 lbs
  • Garlic cloves - 4
  • Olive oil - 4 tbs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
Directions
  1. Roast the peppers in the oven
  2. Peel them and remove the seeds. Cut in small strips
  3. Slice the tomatoes and place them in a large pan with the olive oil.
  4. Cook on medium heat with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add the peppers and let it cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool down
  7. Serve in a dish with black olives as decoration
