Anchovies Salad
Yield: 6 servings
Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
  • Anchovies - 10 (whole)
  • Lemon - 1 medium
  • Parsley
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Olive oil - 3 tbs
 Directions
  1. Desalt the anchovies by soaking them in water (you can also add a little bit of milk).
  2. Finely cut the parsley and the garlic. Squeeze the lemon juice.
  3. Wash the anchovies and remove the fish bones. Cut them in length.
  4. Set in a serving dish. Add the parsley and garlic, then the olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Serve cold.
