Carrots Salad

Ingredients
  • Carrots - 1 lbs
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Carvi - 1 tsp
  • Red pepper - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 3 tbs
  • Chilli pepper - 1
  • Tomato paste - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbs
  • Black pepper
Directions
  1. Peel the carrots and boil in salt water. Drain, then slice.
  2. Mix the olive oil, the salt, black pepper, red pepper, chilli pepper, crushed garlic and tomato paste in a pot on medium heat. Mix gently and add the carrots. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the vinegar and serve.
  4. Can be served cold or warm.
