Ingredients
- 12 philo sheets
- Ground beef (lean) - 1 lbs
- Oil - 2 tbs
- Eggs - 3
- Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil for frying
Directions
- In a large pan, mix 2 Tbs oil with the salt and pepper. Add the ground beef.
- Add 1/2 cup water
- Cook on low heat until all the water evaporates.
- In a separate pan, scramble the eggs.
- Prepare a sheet of philo, fill it with a table spoon of the round beef and some egg. Roll it like a spring roll.
- Prepare all the boureks and then fry them in a pan with oil until golden.
- Drain the excess oil from each bourek.
- Sprinkle some parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.
