Felfel be Tomatich (Pepper and tomato salad)
Yield: 6-8 servings
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking minutes: 20 -30 minutes
Ingredients
- Red peppers - 1 lbs
- Green peppers - 1 lbs
- Tomatoes - 1 lbs
- Garlic cloves - 4
- Olive oil - 4 tbs
- Salt
- Black pepper
Directions
- Roast the peppers in the oven
- Peel them and remove the seeds. Cut in small strips
- Slice the tomatoes and place them in a large pan with the olive oil.
- Cook on medium heat with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper for about 15 minutes.
- Add the peppers and let it cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let it cool down
- Serve in a dish with black olives as decoration
