Carrots Salad

Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 lbs
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Carvi - 1 tsp
- Red pepper - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbs
- Chilli pepper - 1
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbs
- Black pepper
Directions
- Peel the carrots and boil in salt water. Drain, then slice.
- Mix the olive oil, the salt, black pepper, red pepper, chilli pepper, crushed garlic and tomato paste in a pot on medium heat. Mix gently and add the carrots. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the vinegar and serve.
- Can be served cold or warm.
